Roles and Responsibilities:
- Apply the theoretical knowledge acquired at the university in real projects.
- Support in tasks and activities specific to the area of expertise.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen learning and problem solving.
- Receive training in key industry tools and methodologies.
- Have the support of a mentor to guide your professional development.
- Participate in periodic evaluations to measure learning and performance.
- Have the possibility of being considered for the Trainee Program at the end of the internship.
Competencies and Requirements:
- Student of the last semesters in careers related to the area.
- Interest in developing skills and gaining experience in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Teamwork and effective communication.
- Proactivity, responsibility and desire to learn.
