Sales Development Representative
Participates in all aspects of the business development process, including the generation and qualification of leads and opportunities, relationship management, database administration, market/industry research and marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through various marketing and sales strategies and tools.
- Active prospecting using platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential customers.
- Develop and execute cold calling strategies to generate interest and discover opportunities.
- Coordinate and work closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective campaigns.
- Schedule appointments with prospects and ensure adequate follow-up.
- Assign qualified leads to Account Managers, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
- Analyze and report campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Keep up to date with trends and best practices in demand generation and sales.
- Represent the values of the Company in all interactions, prioritizing customer success and the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Capture lead and opportunity information in the CRM (Salesforce).
Experience and competencies:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to sales, project management and consulting.
- It is desirable that you are familiar with selling technology.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as a team, promoting kindness and friendship in professional interactions.
- Customer orientation, always seeking to exceed their expectations.
English: Fluent in reading and speaking in English.
